Using our HIPAA Compliant Video for Group Calls

Group Calling:

For group calling, providers can have patients enter the waiting room at a specific set time. Once all group participants are in the waiting room, providers can hover over each patient's name and click the “Start visit” button.

Maximum Number of People on a Group Video Call:

The number of meeting participants is limited by their CPU speed and internet bandwidth.

For default resolution and audio quality, most users on broadband internet connections can connect to 4-6 users simultaneously. Our video call requires about 150 Kbps upload and download bandwidth per call. You can see how much bandwidth you are using by opening the Settings--->Network Statistics window when in a call, and checking the “Sending” field.
