Using Our HIPAA Compliant Video and Chat

 

Screen Sharing:

Mac:

When in VSee call, click “Collaborate” in the top menu bar, then “Share window”, and select the window you would like to share. An orange border will appear around the window to indicate it is being shared.

 

To unshare, click “Collaborate” in the top menu bar of VSee, and click “Unshare all”. The orange border will now disappear.

 

PC/Windows:

When in VSee call, click the “Share” button on the upper right hand corner of the window you’d like to share.  An orange border will appear around the window to indicate that it is being shared.

 

To unshare, click “Unshare” on the bar on top of your window. The orange border will now disappear.

 

iPhone Mobile Application:

Unfortunately, our mobile application does not support screen share for providers during a session. However, you are able to screen share with your patients who are using the mobile application during the session.

 

iPad:

Unfortunately, our iPad version of Fruit Street does not support screen sharing.

 

Chat:

Our chat feature allows you or the patient to send instant HIPAA compliant messages. To start a chat, click on the “Patients” tab in your portal. Simply hover over the patient's name, and a green box will pop up in the window. Click the blue “Chat” button and begin typing your message.
