How to Connect/ Reconnect a Fitbit

To connect your Fitbit to Fruit Street:

  1. Log in to Fruit Street.
  2. Click Health Records at the top of your screen.
  3. Click Manage Devices in the upper right of your screen.
  4. When a pop-up opens, find Fitbit and click + Connect under it.
  5. A separate window will open. In this window, enter your Fitbit username and password.
    •  Note: If you do not have a FitBit account, click Sign Up at the bottom of the box.
  6. Click Login.
  7. Once you've completed these steps, your Fitbit should be connected to your Fruit Street account.
  8. Please give your Fitbit up to 48 hours to connect and start transmitting information to your Fruit Street account.
  9. If your Fitbit does not transmit any data after 48 hours, please check our Fitbit Troubleshooting Guide.

If your Fitbit shows it is connected to Fruit Street, but it is not syncing to your Fruit Street account, please try disconnecting it and reconnecting it:

  1. Log in to Fruit Street.
  2. Click Health Records at the top of your screen.
  3. Click Manage Devices in the upper right of your screen.
  4. When a pop-up opens, find Fitbit and click - Disconnect under it.
  5. When asked "Are you sure you want to disconnect this device?", click OK. This will disconnect your Fitbit from Fruit Street.
  6. Then reconnect your Fitbit following the steps above.
