VSee Troubleshooting Guide

If you have followed all the steps to Attend Your Fruit Street DPP Class and you cannot get VSee to work, please follow these steps:

  1. Try logging out of your Fruit Street account, then logging back in.
  2. Try entering the call.
  3. If you still cannot enter the call, find the correct class under "Upcoming Appointments" on the right hand side of your screen. It should be the top class.
  4. Click Call Info.
  5. Call the phone number listed.
  6. When prompted, type in the PIN listed.

  7. Once class is over, please review the VSee Help Center for troubleshooting steps. 
  8. If you do not see your specific issue listed in the VSee Help Center, or need any other help, Submit a Request to our Support Team. They will be able to help you get VSee functioning correctly on your computer.
