Help Logging In

To log in, follow these steps:

  1. Go to FruitStreet.com.
    1. Click the Login button in the upper right hand corner.
    2. This button will take you to https://portal.fruitstreet.com/
    3. If you are using the app, skip these steps and open the app on your phone.
  2. If you use Autofill for your password and email, try manually typing them both in.
    • Autofill can accidentally save an incorrect password or add an extra space to an email address which can affect your ability to log in. By typing in your information manually, this will prevent this issue from occurring. 
    • Make sure your Caps Lock is not on.
    • If you enter an incorrect password 6 times, you will get temporarily locked out of your account for 10 minutes.
    • If your account gets locked on web, you can still log in through the app, and vice versa.
  3. If you cannot recall your password:
    1. Click Forgot Password.
    2. Enter the email address you signed up with.
    3. Click Reset Your Password.
      • You will know the request has gone through when you see a green box with the text: "Please check your email for instruction to reset your password." If you do not see this text, please let us know.
    4. Once the green text is visible, navigate away from the Fruit Street page and into your email account.
    5. If you cannot find the email:
      1. Check your spam folder.
      2. Make sure that the @fruitstreet.com domain is whitelisted.
      3. If you do not see the email, you may need to try other possible email addresses that you may have signed up with.
    6. Once you open the Fruit Street Health Password Reset email:
      1. Click Set Password Now.
      2. This should open a new tab with the password reset page.
      3. If it doesn't, you may need to check your pop-up settings to see if the window is being prevented from opening. Please let us know if you need help with this step.
    7. Once you are at the Password Reset page, type your new password twice.
      • Your password must be at least 6 characters long.
      • If you have your password saved in your browser, you will need to update it to the new password.
  4. If your login issue persists on web, you may want to try a new web browser.
  5. If you are using the app, try deleting and re-downloading the app.
  6. If you have tried all of these steps and still cannot log in, please Submit a Support Request indicating the issue you are experiencing as well as all steps that have been tried so we can further assist you.
