You may wish to send your coach a chat in between sessions. To do this:
- Login to your Fruit Street portal.
- Navigate to the "Providers" tab across the top.
- View your coach and click the blue "Send Message" button.
- A chat box will appear in the lower right hand corner.
- If your coach has sent a message, a red number icon will appear in the chat bubble icon at the upper right corner of the screen. Click this icon.
- The unread message will be highlighted. Click the message to open the chat box in the lower right hand corner.
*Note: Zoom Chat is disabled during Zoom sessions. Please use messaging in the web portal or Fruit Street app during sessions.
You can also start a chat using your iPhone mobile app.
