How to Connect a Fitbit in Fruit Street App

To Connect a Fitbit in the Fruit Street App on a smart phone or tablet:

  1. Log into Fruit Street app.
  2. Click the [...]/ Profile button.
  3. Under Manage Activity Trackers, click + Add New Device.
  4. Click Fitbit.
  5. Enter your email and password for your Fitbit account.
    • If you do not have a Fitbit account, click Sign Up
    • Complete the sign up and then return to these instructions.
  6. Click Login.
  7. Check the box next to “Allow All”.
  8. Click the pink Allow button.
  9. If prompted to open this page in Fruit Street, click Open.
  10. Once you've completed these steps, your Fitbit should be connected to your Fruit Street account.
  11. Please give your Fitbit up to 48 hours to connect and start transmitting information to your Fruit Street account.

To Disconnect a Fitbit in the Fruit Street App on a smart phone or tablet:

  1. Log into Fruit Street app.
  2. Click the [...]/ Profile button.
  3. Under Manage Activity Trackers, click on Fitbit.
  4. Click Remove from account.
  5. This will take you back to the Profile page and your Fitbit will be disconnected.
    • To reconnect your Fitbit, follow the steps above.
